THE WEEKEND SEAMSTRESS

Hi there!  I'm a seamstress with a love for trial and error (and starting all over again), imperfect seams, and making a mess in the studio.  My weekdays are filled with museum work and running my own business, The Silk and Cotton Shop, and my weekends are filled with fabric scraps, my trusty Janome, and quality time with my partner and our kitties.  Between making masks and keeping my shop updated, I love to quilt, make clothing, design fabric, and experiment with textile arts.
